[Message to all Americans]

Some things are worth fighting to the last breath. I believe our Constitution, and this great nation, is the most important battle to fight.
The majority of Americans have forgotten, or given up, in the understanding the battle to protect our Constitution, and way of life, is a
constant battle each generation must fight. Our government has been destroying our rights for several decades, and we have allowed
this to happen. It's not our government which should fight for the protection of our Constitution - it's the American citizens. Our
Constitution is very clear in it's content that our government derives it's power from the consent of the governed.

Do not lay down to our government's continued ignorance to act according to the will of the American People. Continue to fight for the
protection of our Constitution. Make the small sacrifice of speaking out. Be prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice to defend our great
country's Constitution. For if we don't correct the destructive nature of our government now...our children, and future generations, will
pay the devistating price of the loss of this great country's Constitutional freedoms.

God Bless,
Frederick (SilverSurfer) Schaffner

ALL AMERICANS, both Professional Drivers and American Citizens, must stand up and act now. Our elected representatives
continue to ignore the will, and needs, of the American people. On June 3, 2008, testimony was given before the U.S. Senate Committee on
Commerce, Science & Transportation regarding the obvious manipulation of our energy prices - yet they have done nothing to effect
positive change for America. The desperately needed
TRUCC bills (S.2910 & H.R.5977), which directly affect American's pocketbooks and
will greatly assist in the survival of our professional drivers (the backbone of America's economy,) are still sitting in sub-committees.

There are elected officials aggressively pursuing domestic production of our resources to bring an end to our economic crisis - but this
democratic controlled House & Senate are refusing to bring these actions to the floor and take the action necessary to protect America.
This is beyond being acceptable...action
MUST be taken NOW before it's too late for America. You may not want to believe the level of
urgency we are facing...but it is serious. We need All American citizens to become active and demonstrate to our elected representatives
that action must be taken

Following is the 9th statement we ask All Americans to send to their representatives. We also are asking for All Americans to participate
every Wednesday in a slow-down action to demonstrate to our elected officials our strength in numbers and unity.

When travelling our roadways...drive the legal minimum speed limit - staying to the right - on interstates and 5mph below the posted speed
on all other roadways. This action..."civil obedience"...is within our state and federal laws, and will save you money on your fuel costs. It will
generate local media's attention...the attention American citizens need to get each of our own elected representatives attention. And if
enough local media stations and papers report on this type of action...we will get the national media's attention - as well as show the world
we are united as a nation.

The time is at hand for all Americans to stand up and speak out. It's obvious our elected officials are not going to get anything done to
protect our great country unless we, as one force, take action and get involved. We can no longer allow the slow wheels of our government
to continue to let Americans be robbed of our way of life.

To Our Elected Representatives,

Professional Drivers
still continue to be driven into bankruptcy. Companies still continue to go under. American jobs still continue to
be lost.
More American families continue to lose their homes. These are realities you, Our Elected Representatives, continue to allow with
your in-action.

We have taken our voice to the hill and spoke of the actions we need. We continue to impress upon you, Our Elected Representatives, the
actions necessary to protect our way of life. We have given you, Our Elected Representatives, the information, and direction, to accomplish
the necessary action we need. Millions of American Citizens continue to speak out, and are demanding action to our country’s crisis. What’s
the response Professional Drivers and American Citizens get…
NOTHING!!! Instead of doing the job American’s have elected you, Our
Elected Representatives, to do - you, Our Elected Representatives, do nothing to lead our country out of this crisis. You, Our Elected
Representatives, instead waste valuable time accomplishing nothing more than election year posturing. You, Our Elected Representatives,
blame others for your mistakes and your lack of protecting America.

Professional Drivers need transparency in the trucking industry. Professional Drivers and American Citizens are paying the price of your
inaction. We have come to you and proven the need for transparency in our industry. Instead of doing something to bring the transparency
needed in our industry…you, Our Elected Representatives, instead lie to us and bury the needed legislation in committees. Telling
Professional Drivers you, Our Elected Representatives, will do something and then let us down with your inaction to get this legislation
passed. And to add insult to injury…you, Our Elected Representatives, are taking a break while Professional Drivers and American Citizens

American’s need action regarding our energy independence from foreign imports, and you, Our Elected Representatives, do nothing to
lead our country in this direction. You, Our Elected Representatives, have put legislation in place preventing the construction of new
refineries…which would eliminate America’s need to import billions of gallons of refined fuel for our country’s need. You, Our Elected
Representatives, continue to deny America from aggressively pursuing domestic production to bring an end to our country’s need for
imports from foreign countries. Instead of doing something to bring America to an energy independent state…you, Our Elected
Representatives, continue to allow Professional Drivers and American Citizens to suffer at the hands of big business and foreign countries.

We are done reminding you, Our Elected Representatives, of your responsibility to Professional Drivers and American Citizens. We will now
aggressively pursue taking action to force our government to take the action necessary to bring America out of this crisis you, Our Elected
Representatives, have put us in.

We have one demand at this time…return to D.C. and do the job we have elected you, Our Elected Representatives, to do.

Our constitution is very clear regarding your responsibilities to the American People, and you have fallen far short of fulfilling those
